Description
Richland Library is soliciting proposals for the excavation and reconfiguration of an approximately 250-foot long, 5-foot wide, and 2-foot deep stormwater drainage ditch. The project aims to address considerable erosion of the property. Proposals must be submitted via email to financeoffice@richlandlibrary.com no later than 12:00 noon on July 13th, 2026. Proposals will be opened publicly at 1431 Assembly Street, on the 2nd floor in Meeting Room M, at which time respondents will be identified. Proposals received after the stated deadline will not be accepted, and modifications will not be accepted via facsimile prior to opening. Negotiations may occur with eligible offerors.
