Sauvie Island School is seeking Category 2 internal-connection equipment to replace aging campus network infrastructure. The requested firewall equipment is specified as Juniper SRX340-SYS-JB or equivalent, along with Juniper EX4100-F-12P switches and a perpetual Juniper Advanced switch license (S-EX-A-C3-P); equivalent equipment may be offered. The school also seeks replacement of aging CAT 3 network cabling with CAT 6 cabling throughout the campus, although the Form 470 lists the firewall and switching equipment as the formal service request and states that installation and initial configuration are not required. A separate Category 2 request covers three uninterruptible power supply/battery-backup units or equivalents, with associated software and licenses.
