Description
Weber County seeks a consultant to survey and prepare final design documents for an approximately 0.85-mile pedestrian trail along 1800 South and 3500 West in western unincorporated Weber County. The project includes connecting existing trail and sidewalk segments, crosswalks at the 1800 South and 3500 West intersection, utility and right-of-way considerations, and drainage-pipe extension design. Deliverables include survey data, CAD drawings, right-of-way documents as needed, and construction-ready drawings and a bid package. The requested services also include project analysis, topographic surveying, design compliant with current AASHTO standards, a public-involvement plan, meetings, site visits, and final design. Proposals must include a work plan and project approach, qualifications and experience, key personnel and team information, and a separate fee proposal. The technical proposal is limited to 15 single-sided pages, excluding the transmittal letter, attachments, and resumes. The Respondent Questionnaire and Cost Proposal are provided as attachments to complete.
