Description
Ogden City is soliciting bids for two park pavilions at Bonneville Park, including installation on a prepared structural pad. Bidders must have experience with prefabrication and installation of park pavilion structures and meet applicable insurance and bonding requirements. The work is subject to Davis-Bacon wage requirements. Because federal funds are being used, the contractor must fulfill the Build America, Buy America Act requirements and provide supporting documentation to Ogden City before payment is released.
