Description
Weber State University seeks a contractor to manage program operations for its Center for Automation, Manufacturing and Production (CAMP), supporting applied research and workforce development projects with aerospace and defense partners. The contractor will maintain project plans and schedules, coordinate student staffing and faculty and partner communications, support meetings, track budgets and administrative requests, and prepare monthly and final reports and a transition package. The proposal must include a technical response addressing the requested experience and approach, a separate cost proposal using the provided Cost Proposal Form, at least five comparable-project references, financial-condition documentation, written security and data privacy policies, and a completed Voluntary Product Accessibility Template. The contract period is anticipated to run from award through June 30, 2027, with total compensation capped at $55,000.
