Description
Ogden City Corporation is soliciting bids from qualified Utah-licensed contractors to provide and install a four-unit prefabricated bathroom building at Bonneville Park. The scope includes manufacturing and prefabrication, procurement of materials compliant with Build America, Buy America requirements, storage for up to 120 days after prefabrication, delivery, crane service, and installation on a prepared structural pad. Site clearing, grading, underground utilities, structural pad construction, exterior concrete, utility laterals, finish electrical and plumbing connections, and landscape repairs are excluded and will be performed by others. Bidders must submit the completed Contractor Information Sheet, Bid Form, applicable Addenda Acknowledgement, and an original bid bond equal to at least 5% of the total bid. The awarded contractor must provide 100% performance and payment bonds and maintain specified commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers’ compensation, and employer’s liability insurance. The project has a proposed installation period from March 15, 2027, through April 15, 2027, and includes federal funding requirements, including Build America, Buy America and Section 3 compliance.
