Description
Ogden City seeks bids to furnish and install two park pavilions at Bonneville Park. The work includes procuring materials, manufacturing and prefabricating the structures, storing them for up to 120 days after fabrication if needed, delivering them, and providing crane service and equipment for installation on prepared structural pads. Site clearing, grading, utilities, structural pads, concrete, finish connections, and landscape repairs are by others. The pavilions must meet applicable site-specific design criteria and federal, state, and local requirements. Federal funding requirements include Build America, Buy America compliance and documentation, and Davis-Bacon wage requirements for installation. Bidders must provide a completed contractor information sheet and bid form, an addenda acknowledgment if applicable, and an original bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid. The awarded contractor must provide performance and payment bonds, each for at least 100% of the contract price, and meet the stated insurance requirements.
