Description
Ogden City is soliciting sealed bids from licensed contractors to provide a four-unit bathroom building structure and install it on a prepared structural pad at Bonneville Park. The work must comply with current industry standards and all applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Federal funds will be used for the acquisition and installation. The contractor must fulfill and document all requirements of the Build America, Buy America Act and provide the related documentation to Ogden City before payment is released. Bidders must be able to meet the solicitation's insurance and bonding requirements and demonstrate experience with prefabricated park bathroom and restroom facility structures.
