Description
The Ogden City Redevelopment Agency seeks a qualified mixed-use developer to acquire and develop agency-owned property, including planning and entitlements, conceptual design, construction drawings, infrastructure and site improvements, and construction of residential and commercial units. The selected developer is responsible for demolition and site preparation, utility and roadway improvements, permits, construction, marketing and sales, and coordination with the city. Proposals must address financial capacity, company and team experience, project schedule, and a detailed project pro forma, including the offered land purchase price and estimated development costs. The development is expected to include residential and commercial uses, with proposals offering more homeownership opportunities receiving greater consideration. The developer must provide a minimum one-year builder warranty for each unit and ensure owner-occupant units are sold to owner-occupant buyers. The selected proposer will also host a public meeting after selection and award.
