Description
The Department of the Air Force intends to award a five-year, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for test, teardown, evaluation, and repair of specified radar transmitters. Work includes visual, mechanical, and electrical testing; identifying failed components; repairing or replacing them; and cleaning, configuring, refinishing, and testing each item to return it to serviceable, like-new condition. The listed equipment includes AN/MST-T1(V) MINI-MUTES, AN/TSQ-T10 Joint Threat Emitters, and AN/TPT-T1 Unmanned Threat Emitters. This is a proposed sole-source action naming Applied System Engineering, Inc. as the approved original equipment manufacturer. The notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations within 15 calendar days of publication for consideration in deciding whether to compete the acquisition. The attached performance work statement also specifies CMMC Level 2 or higher for information systems handling FCI or CUI during contract performance.
