Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract for the replacement of two air-conditioning units at the Cameron Prairie National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center. The contractor must install two new units, provide a full manufacturer’s warranty for each unit, remove and dispose of both existing units, and dispose of any remaining parts and project debris. This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract, not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may submit a written statement of capabilities demonstrating, with clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be submitted as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment by email.
