Description
The City of Lake Charles is soliciting sealed bids for the Mallard Golf Driving Range project, identified as CP 3492. Bidders must submit the prescribed paper or electronic bid form and comply with the project drawings, technical specifications, Louisiana contractor-licensing requirements, and site-inspection certification. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond equal to 5% of the base bid and all alternates. The successful contractor must furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site before bid opening.
