Request for Proposals- Transit Bus Stop Announcer System FTA Funded CITY OF SIERRA VISTA REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR TRANSIT BUS STOP ANNOUNCER SYSTEM FTA FUNDED The City of Sierra Vista is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide Transit Bus Stop Announcer System- FTA Funded TR076. Proposals will be evaluated by the city's evaluation team based on selection criteria included in this RFP. It is anticipated that the highest-ranked proposal will be recommended for award of a contract. Electronic bid submissions are being accepted through our OpenGov e-procurement software. Bidders shall create a FREE account with OpenGov by signing up at https://procurement.opengov.com/signup. Once you have completed account registration, browse back to the City's eProcurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/sierravistaaz, click on "Submit Response", and follow the instructions to submit the electronic bid. Bid documents can be found at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/sierravistaaz.gov All questions related to solicitation shall be submitted in writing through the OpenGov Question/Answer Tab via the City's e-Procurement portal, on or before Friday, November 13, 2026 at 5:00 pm. Please include the section title for each question, if applicable, in order to ensure that questions asked are responded to correctly. All questions submitted and answers provided shall be electronically distributed to all prospective bidders through the City's e-Procurement Portal. Electronic proposals are due by Tuesday, December 1, 2026 at 10:00 am. Responses must be submitted in electronic form into the City's eProcurement system. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to cancel the solicitation when cancellation is in the best interest of the City.
