Description
The Provincial Health Services Authority, acting for itself and participating regional health authorities, seeks a provider to operate shuttle bus services at health authority facilities. The scope includes existing routes serving Burnaby Hospital, Central Surrey, and BC Children's and Women's Hospital, as well as potential future routes, including Eagle Ridge Hospital and the New Surrey Hospital. The route schedules and specifications call for 24-passenger vehicles with seat belts and describe service frequency, operating hours, stops, and ridership history. Proponents must provide fixed pricing for a three-year contract term, with up to two additional one-year extensions in the draft agreement. The proposal includes technical and general-specification responses, pricing workbooks and questionnaire, an implementation plan, value-add information, contract markups, and required disclosure and compliance materials. The draft agreement also requires general liability, automobile liability, property, and professional liability insurance.
