Description
Ash Creek Elementary School District 53 is seeking quotes for one 500 Mbps internet access and data transmission service. Installation and initial configuration are indicated. Quotes must include all applicable fees and Arizona sales tax, itemize ineligible costs, display the service provider’s SPIN and the Form 470 number, and remain valid for the life of the contract. The provider must offer SPI or BEAR invoicing and comply with the stated FCC Lowest Corresponding Price and covered-equipment restrictions. The procurement is not a formal sealed bid/RFP process; quotes exceeding $100,000 must be tied to an approved state master, cooperative, or compliant consortium contract.
