Submission Instructions
Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for Fiscal Year 2027 scheduled commercial long-distance passenger bus transportation to and from its correctional complex. The requirement is for existing commercial routes, network infrastructure, fleet capacity, and scheduling to support official passenger movement and regional connectivity; the notice identifies FlixBus North America as the proposed sole-source provider because its established routes serve the area and alternatives would require custom service arrangements. This is a notice of intent, not a competitive request for proposals. Interested responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation demonstrating an ability to provide identical commercial intercity passenger route infrastructure by the stated deadline. Responses will be considered to determine whether a competitive procurement should be conducted.
