Description
Tombstone City Library is seeking quotes for one internet access and data transmission service at a capacity between 100 and 500 Mbps. The contract must allow upgrades to the quoted bandwidth, and pricing must remain valid for the life of the contract. Quotes must include all applicable fees and Arizona sales tax, itemize any ineligible costs, and display the service provider’s SPIN and the responding Form 470 number. The provider must offer the applicant either SPI or BEAR invoicing. Proposed prices must comply with FCC Lowest Corresponding Price requirements, and the proposed equipment and services must comply with restrictions on covered telecommunications equipment and services. Installation and initial configuration are indicated in the application.
