The Norfolk County Retirement System is seeking proposals from investment management firms to manage up to $100 million of its defined benefit plan in a U.S. passive large-cap growth equity strategy. The System reported approximately $1.8 billion in total assets as of June 30, 2026. The selected manager or managers must be familiar with and agree to comply with applicable provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 32, Chapter 176 of the Acts of 2011, and investment guidelines administered by the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission. The public notice states that the RFP is issued by Wainwright Investment Counsel, LLC on behalf of the System and that the RFP document may be obtained from Wainwright's website.
