This Sources Sought notice seeks a contractor to provide all personnel, management, and services necessary to operate a dedicated Civilian Human Resources Benefits Contact Center for the Department of the Navy. Contractor personnel will be dedicated to the contract's taskings and will support current and separated Navy civilian employees as well as prospective employees. Required support includes technical guidance, employee-entitlement assistance, advice, and information concerning the Federal Employee Health Benefits, Federal Employees Group Life Insurance, Thrift Savings Plan, Federal Dental and Vision Insurance Programs, and Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program.
