The Indian Health Service intends to establish multiple-award IDIQ fixed-price and labor-hour contracts for credentialed physicians, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals to address urgent and long-term staffing needs at hospitals, clinics, and health stations in the Billings Area. Required specialties include anesthesiology, emergency medicine, family medicine, general surgery, hospitalist and internal medicine services, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, pediatrics, podiatry, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, certified registered nurse anesthetists, midwifery, and respiratory therapy. Professionals will provide in-person clinical care and integrate with existing care teams, including patient care, documentation, care coordination, and quality assurance activities. The anticipated structure is a one-year base period plus one one-year option period, with an estimated total value of $86,090,000 across all awards. This is a 100% Indian Economic Enterprise set-aside, and only businesses verified under the Indian Health Service’s IEE requirements may submit proposals. This notice is a presolicitation and is not currently requesting offers.
