Description
Wayne County is soliciting proposals to establish a roster of pre-qualified firms providing per diem nursing staffing on an as-needed basis. Services support the Wayne County Nursing Home and Rehab Center and the Department of Mental/Behavioral Health. The categories include Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Professional Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants for the nursing home, and Registered Professional Nurses for mental and behavioral health services. Vendors may respond to one or both categories, but must submit a response to the main project and a separate response for each selected category project. The County anticipates awarding up to five firms per category, with no guaranteed minimum volume or assignments. The contract term is three years, with two one-year renewal options. Required response materials include the County's proposal and certification forms, disclosures, acknowledgments, and insurance documentation or a letter of intent to obtain the required insurance if awarded.
