Description
The State of Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, through its Human Community Services Division and Child and Family Services Division, is conducting market research for janitorial cleaning services at a 5,744-square-foot facility. The requested services include cleaning five days per week after normal business hours, restroom sanitation, trash removal, floor and carpet care, glass cleaning, cafeteria floor cleaning, and periodic cleaning activities. The contractor would furnish the required labor, cleaning supplies, equipment, supervision, training, safety measures, and emergency services. The scope includes biweekly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual tasks such as carpet extraction, floor scrubbing and waxing, cleaning blinds and light fixtures, and maintaining hard-surface floors. This is a Request for Information only; the document states that no contract will result from the response. Respondents must provide information about their interest, relevant experience, and an estimated price range.
