Description

Collier County seeks a modern, cloud-based Software as a Service enterprise asset management platform to unify asset lifecycle management across transportation, traffic operations, stormwater, public transit, parks and recreation, facilities, landscaping, water and wastewater, and solid waste operations. The solution must support standardized asset taxonomies and hierarchies, GIS-linked asset registries, work orders, preventive and predictive maintenance, inspections, inventory and materials management, mobile field workflows with offline capability, condition and criticality modeling, capital planning, forecasting, dashboards, reporting, audit trails, role-based access, multifactor authentication, and secure data management. The selected proposer must provide all software, hosting, labor, equipment, technical expertise, implementation, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, go-live and stabilization support, and ongoing maintenance. Required integrations include ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online, SAP, 311, permitting, utility billing, SCADA, and other County systems. Proposals must address implementation approach and support, functional and technical fit, integration capability, comparable public-sector experience, and a fully itemized cost proposal. The intended agreement term is five years with three one-year renewal options.
