Description
The City of San Antonio's Neighborhood and Housing Services Department is requesting qualifications from individuals or firms to provide on-call financial consultation and credit underwriting services for the selection and negotiation of affordable housing and economic development projects. Work includes project underwriting, subsidy layering, financial gap analysis, and recommendations concerning the reasonable and appropriate use of public funds. Projects may be funded through Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, General Fund, Housing Bond, Lead Hazard Reduction Demonstration, and Economic Development Initiative programs. The consultant must also support compliance with applicable federal funding regulations.
