Description
The Pan American Health Organization is soliciting quotations for one Threadripper workstation to be supplied, packaged, transported, and delivered to the Instituto Nacional de Salud in Bogotá. The requested configuration includes an AMD Ryzen Threadripper 9960X processor, ASUS Pro WS TRX50-SAGE WIFI motherboard, 128GB DDR5-5600 ECC RDIMM memory, three RTX 5090 32GB GPUs, 4TB NVMe PCIe Gen5 storage, a 3,000W power supply, SilverStone XE360-TR5 cooling, a Rosewill 4U rack chassis, and two PCIe 5.0 risers. The power supply requires a dedicated 220–240V, minimum 20A circuit. Recognized brands available in Colombia should be quoted, with equivalent brands permitted if they meet or exceed the specifications. The supplier must provide standard, durable packaging; apply buyer-supplied identification stickers; coordinate delivery and installation; provide technical data sheets for each offered product; and submit the required sanitary registration documentation when applicable. The offer must include the completed quotation, technical-data-sheet, presentation-letter, supplier-registration form, company portfolio of no more than 15 pages, and supplier-registration supporting documents, including the tax registration, current legal-existence certificate, and bank certificate. The quotation must be submitted in Excel through Workday Strategic Sourcing by October 15, 2026, at 14:00 UTC−5. The quotation must remain valid for 90 days, and the desired delivery period is 15 days after purchase-order issuance.
