Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services, through Children, Youth & Family Services, is soliciting proposals from community agencies, organizations, joint ventures, and other partnerships to provide Children's Long-Term Support Waiver Program support and service coordination. Service implementation is expected to begin April 1, 2027. Proposals must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized through the designated procurement system before 4:00 p.m. Central Time on November 11, 2026. Existing agencies do not need to reapply. All communications regarding the request must occur through the EUNA messaging system; contacting the department outside that system may result in disqualification.
