Description
The City seeks a vendor to furnish, install, stock, maintain, service, repair, and replace vending machines at Department of Public Works facilities. Machines must offer approved non-alcoholic beverages, food, candy, and snacks, including recognizable brands and healthy options. Products must be fresh, sealed, and available in adequate quantities; the vendor is responsible for cleanliness, equipment reliability, customer refunds, and repairs within 24 hours, excluding weekends and City holidays. Machines must accept cash and credit/debit cards, support smart payments, and provide remote monitoring. The vendor will pay the City a commission based on gross sales and submit monthly gross-income summaries. The contract is for one year, with four possible one-year renewals by mutual agreement.
