Description
The Indiana Department of Natural Resources is soliciting a contractor to provide preventative maintenance services for water and wastewater systems at Prophetstown State Park. The scope covers quarterly inspections and servicing of pumps, lift stations, wet wells, flow meters, air-release valves, electrical panels, controls, treatment equipment, and related appurtenances. Services include inspection, cleaning, testing, adjustments, repairs, parts replacement, corrosion treatment, documentation, and recommendations for needed repairs or upgrades. The contractor must perform an initial site inspection, develop a maintenance protocol and schedule, maintain service reports and work orders, and provide emergency response when requested. Scheduled work is generally performed Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local site time. The contract is for 730 calendar days, with an estimated value below $150,000. The bidder must perform at least 15% of the work with its own forces and may subcontract no more than 85%.
