Eugene Water & Electric Board is requesting proposals from firms to administer mitigation funds for aquatic habitat and water quality improvement projects in the McKenzie River Basin. The administrator will identify eligible projects, manage the project-selection process, and distribute funding to selected projects. The administrator will also provide annual reports covering expenditures, activities, and available fund balances. The solicitation identifies the work as personal services and project management services. An optional pre-proposal conference will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams.
