Description
Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is seeking qualification statements from qualified firms to provide professional engineering and design services for water and wastewater systems on a continuing-contract basis under Florida's Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act. The authority intends to establish one or more master continuing professional services agreements; selection does not guarantee assignments. Potential assignments include planning, studies, permitting, engineering, design, procurement support, project representation, construction-phase professional services, and related services customarily performed by licensed professionals. Firms may be selected for one or more service categories based on qualifications, team structure, licensure, relevant experience, responsiveness, and ability to perform. Project-specific work may be assigned later through specific authorizations or amendments, with discipline- or project-specific scopes defining detailed tasks and deliverables. Individual projects or studies must remain within the continuing-contract limits established by Florida law.
