Contact
Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation seeks a firm-fixed-price, sole-source training program for special agents in defense tactical techniques. The program must integrate mixed martial arts skills with specialized defensive tactics, including striking techniques, grappling and takedowns, weapon defense, ground control, and conditioning. The training is intended to improve agents’ physical combat abilities, mental toughness, and tactical awareness for high-risk situations. The justification identifies Ultimate Fighting Championship as the uniquely qualified proposed contractor because of its demonstrated expertise across all required disciplines and prior experience providing FBI-specific training. The requirement is described as a one-year base-period bridge contract intended to allow additional market research before a future competitive long-term procurement.
