Description
Avoyelles Parish School Board (APSB) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide full-service mitigation and remediation services for its facilities. The scope of work includes emergency response within one hour of a call, with damage control to begin immediately. Services cover water damage restoration, fire and deodorization, contents restoration, and general remediation. The contractor must provide professional management, adequate workforce, and supervision, and must comply with all federal, state, local, and IICRC rules. The proposal must include pricing for a comprehensive list of personnel, equipment, and supplies as detailed in the RFP. The contract is expected to begin November 1, 2026, with an initial term of one year and two optional one-year renewals.
