Buffalo Zoo is seeking a turnkey contractor experienced in security and site-protection systems to replace its existing 72 TB Pelco Network Video Recorder server, which is approaching end of life. Proposals must provide separate options for a new 64 TB server, a 96 TB server, and a cloud-based server, including estimated annual cloud costs where applicable. The selected contractor must migrate the Zoo’s 160 existing licenses and ensure compatibility with all existing cameras. The proposal must include a detailed scope of work, turnkey labor and material pricing, repair and implementation methods, material data sheets and expected lifespans, warranty information, and projected work duration and commencement dates for each project phase. Work is expected during normal weekday hours, with after-hours work requiring prior approval; guided site walkthroughs are available by appointment. Required submission materials include a signed Contractor Code of Conduct Form, insurance certificates, and—if applicable—a letter explaining any omitted documents.
