The U.S. Navy is conducting a presolicitation for a single contractor to provide noncommercial equipment maintenance and repair services at Naval Base Guam, including corrosion prevention and control, corrosion surveillance, corrosion abatement, and corrosion repair. The procurement is for a firm-fixed-price follow-on contract and is set aside 100 percent for small businesses.
