Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting a small-business contractor to provide all equipment, materials, labor, transportation, supervision, and quality control necessary for snow plowing, shoveling, salting, and snow removal at Westville Dam, the storage building, Marjorie Lane, and the Grand Trunk Trail parking lot. Services include storm-response work for snowfall thresholds ranging from less than 6 inches to more than 24 inches, on-call salting and snow removal, and maintaining access to facilities, roads, gates, parking areas, entrances, and walkways. The contractor must maintain access to specified areas by 7:00 a.m. daily, provide road salt and suitable snow-removal equipment, and comply with federal, state, local, OSHA, and USACE safety requirements.
