Description
Hagar Township School District #6 is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 1 internet access and data transmission service with a minimum capacity of 500 Mbps, including at least one static IP address, a 4-hour maximum 24/7 service response time, 99.97% uptime if available, domain-name registration, statistical-analysis access through a web interface, end-to-end maintenance, and itemized ISP-owned connectivity equipment. Installation and initial configuration are requested for the internet service. Non-eligible services and equipment must be itemized separately. The district is also requesting Category 2 firewall services and components, including approximately one FortiGate FG-60F or equivalent firewall, preferably with five-year licensing, plus installation, configuration, and maintenance. Vendors must have an E-rate SPIN, maintain an active SAM.gov registration, and have the 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file with USAC by September 1, 2027. Proposals must address prior experience, understanding of needs, personnel qualifications, completeness, and the ability to complete installation and service within the required timeframe; price is the primary consideration. The district may select more than one provider and may consider multi-year contracts.
