Description
The General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (GS/OAS) is seeking information from qualified providers for a comprehensive, secure, and efficient corporate credit card program. The program should include an online platform for administration and reconciliation, easy card issuance and management, mobile application access, and seamless integration with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and ServiceNow. The GS/OAS is also looking for reliable customer service, cardholder support, training sessions, and customizable reporting tools. The organization has spent over USD 23 million on its corporate credit card programs from 2023-2025, with travel comprising the majority of expenditures. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to identify potential providers capable of offering a secure, user-friendly, and cost-effective solution compatible with GS/OAS financial systems.
