Description
UT Health San Antonio (UTHSA) is seeking a qualified supplier to provide a secure, scalable, and participant-friendly payment card service for clinical trial participants. This program aims to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of participant reimbursements for expenses such as travel, meals, parking, and lodging, thereby enhancing participant satisfaction and retention. The service must ensure financial integrity, auditability, data protection, and HIPAA compliance within the highly regulated clinical research environment. UTHSA does not guarantee any specific volume or compensation under this RFP.
