Description
The Development Authority of the North Country is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Senior Managing Underwriter services. This engagement is in connection with the issuance of approximately $17,000,000 of Solid Waste Revenue Bonds, which will be used to fund 100% of the capital costs for the Materials Management Facility Cell 15 construction project. Proposals must be submitted electronically by July 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The question period closes on June 25, 2026, by 2:00 PM. All questions should be directed via email to Jennifer Staples, Chief Financial Officer, at jstaples@danc.org. Submission of a proposal signifies acknowledgement and acceptance of the RFP terms and conditions, unless exceptions are explicitly stated. Any modifications or clarifications to the RFP will be communicated in writing to all prospective proposers who have downloaded the proposal package from the Authority's website.
