Description
Louisville Metro Government, through its Office of Housing and Community Development, is requesting proposals from qualified engineers to perform a topographic property survey, including frontage along John Hicks Way, and a land feasibility study for the 10.96-acre property at 9101 John Hicks Way. The study will evaluate two potential access alternatives for future residential development: a right-in/right-out entrance and associated pavement, grading, drainage, retaining-wall, and access-easement concepts. The work also includes utility coordination and preliminary construction cost estimates; detailed retaining-wall design and construction plans are excluded. Proposals must include company qualifications and three similar projects, a total fee proposal, and a project timeline. Required submission materials include the applicable Good Faith Effort forms and communications, Vendor Information Form, Preference Form, W-9, ban-the-box certification, and either an IT Risk Assessment Questionnaire or SOC Type 2 Audit Report. Proposals will be evaluated on qualifications, fees, and schedule. Insurance requirements include commercial general liability, workers' compensation when applicable, employers' liability, automobile liability, and professional liability coverage.
