Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting one package of 200 120-milliliter screw-cap sampling bottles, NSN 6640-01-645-4910, without sodium thiosulfate. The bottles must be shrink-banded for tamper-evident sealing, have a 24-month shelf life, and have no more than three months elapsed between manufacture and delivery. Packaging must protect the bottles from damage or breakage, and labeling must include the NSN, manufacturer and CAGE code, manufacture date, expiration or retest date, and applicable contract or lot number. Delivery is FOB destination within 20 days after order, with destination inspection and acceptance; the solicitation also requires compliance with applicable DLA packaging, marking, domestic-material, and shelf-life requirements.
