Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for one plastic microscope slide box, NSN 6640-00-684-1345, part number 03-448-10. The box must hold 25 slides measuring 75 x 25 mm, have a hinged lid or cover, and be white. The requested unit of issue is one each. The item must be commercially packaged in a sealed unit container and suitable exterior shipping container, with medical marking requirements applicable. Delivery is required within 105 days after order, FOB destination, to the designated U.S. military medical material center in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Alternate offers require complete technical data sufficient for evaluation.
