Description
The University of Calcutta is soliciting bids for the supply of 15,000 large plastic envelopes measuring 22 by 16 inches and 20,000 small plastic envelopes measuring 17 by 14 inches, all made of 80-micron LDPE or LLDPE. Each envelope must include a 1.5-inch self-adhesive sealing flap, double sealing on three sides with 1/4-inch-wide micro-lettering printing, and a 14 by 16-inch label pouch with a 0.5-inch self-adhesive flap. The bid is an open, item-rate goods tender with a 21-day completion period and 180-day bid validity. Bidders must provide relevant business registrations, financial statements for the last three financial years, and evidence of satisfactorily completing similar work valued at 75% of the quoted value in a single tender during the last three financial years. A sample must be submitted for approval before a job order is issued. Consortium bids and partial quotes are not permitted. The bid requires an online earnest-money deposit of INR 10,000, with an exemption available for eligible MSME/NSIC-registered vendors.
