Description
The City seeks live feeder crickets for its Zoo, including pinhead, extra-small, small-medium, medium, and medium-large sizes. The bid form specifies box quantities by size, and the amendment clarifies that orders will be placed weekly as needed. Crickets must be delivered alive; the Commissary Supervisor will verify delivery, and shipments that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted. The amendment specifies Tuesday or Wednesday morning deliveries and states that the listed sizes are governed by the millimeter measurements. The contract has a 36-month initial term, with a possible two-year extension, and an aggregate limit of $100,000 for the initial 36 months. One award will cover all items, and bidders must price every item. The City requires a completed bid form and other specified forms and supporting documents with the response.
