Description
Oklahoma State University and Langston University seek vendors to provide their full range of animal feed, agricultural supplies, and related products on an as-needed basis. Products may include bagged and bulk livestock feed, supplements, minerals, grain, seed, bedding, and farm and ranch supplies. Proposed feed products must meet the specifications provided for listed items at both universities. Bidders must describe their product line, pricing structure and discounts, price-change procedures, inventory and availability, lead times, and handling of shortages, back orders, and substitutions. Proposals must include completed pricing sheets, specifications for proposed comparable feed products, shipping and pickup information, a cost proposal, and experience references for the last three similar projects. The universities may make multiple awards, by item or group of items, or an all-or-none award.
