Description
The UNDP is soliciting offers for one or more of five lots of live cattle and buffalo in Colombia. The lots include specified breeds, sexes, ages, and weight ranges, with quantities varying by lot. Suppliers must provide technical data sheets for all offered animals and meet the stated animal-health requirements, including applicable vaccination, deworming, and brucellosis documentation. Transportation to the specified delivery points is included in the offer, and the animals may be inspected before shipment. The contract is for 60 calendar days from signature. Delivery is expected within 20 calendar days, followed by a 40-day quarantine and health review; payment is divided between acceptance of delivery and completion of the quarantine review. Bidders must provide evidence of relevant cattle or buffalo supply experience, with different minimum contract-value thresholds by lot. Offers are submitted through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal, and the solicitation package includes a required economic offer template and lot-specific technical requirement forms.
