Description
Troy School District is soliciting proposals for renovation of the athletic track at Larson Middle School. Proposals must include a sworn, notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the contractor’s owner or employees and a member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent, as well as a sworn, notarized statement certifying that the contractor is not an Iran-linked business. The district reserves the right to reject proposals, waive irregularities, or award to a contractor other than the lowest bidder.
