Description
The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (DPS), Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is seeking bids from prequalified vendors for acquisition and demolition construction services under Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) project 4827-0010 in Polk County. Services include acquisition processes such as title searches and appraisals, as well as demolition services including site preparation, debris removal, and land restoration. The contract will have an initial term of one year. Bids must be submitted through the North Carolina eProcurement system by July 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams.
