MetroConnects is soliciting bids for the Union Bleachery Mill Village Sewer Rehabilitation Phase 2 project. This project involves the construction of approximately 2,620 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sewer lines, 4 point repairs for 8-inch lines, and 4,485 linear feet of cured-in-place 8-inch gravity sewer lines. Additionally, the project includes 110 vertical feet of manhole lining, 60 service lateral CIPP installations, and the construction of 16 new manholes. The scope also encompasses the replacement of 80 square yards of walkways and driveway aprons, and 100 feet of concrete curb and gutters. The project requires tying in 2,140 linear feet of Metro and private 6-inch services, and the abandonment of 2,400 feet of gravity sewer and 15 cubic yards of manholes.
