PUBLIC NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals will be received by Troy University at the Physical Plant Conference Room, 1 Melton Carter Dr, Troy, AL 36081 until 2:00 PM Central Time November 5, 2026 for Bid#:27-002 OFFICE OF DEVELOPMENT AND ALUMNI AFFAIRS, PHASE 1 DEMOLITION (Drawings and Specifications Dated September 8, 2026) at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Troy University in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. Drawings and specifications may be examined at the office of Seay, Seay & Litchfield Architects, 1115 South Court Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104 and appropriate plan rooms.
